Hemp Flower
When sourcing input material for our products, we’re looking for beautiful hemp flower that’s high in cannabinoids and terpenes. Once we’ve found a crop we like, we put it through a series of tests to make sure it’s free of contaminants like pesticides or heavy metals. When the hemp flower receives a clean bill of health, we purchase the crop from the farmer and ship it back to our facility in Nelson for processing.
Production
A lot of thought goes into how we make our products — and sustainable practices are at the heart of how we operate. LoFi works with production partners across Canada to deliver high-quality products at consumer-friendly prices. Using specialized partners allows us to produce efficiently at scale without sacrificing quality.
Biomass
Our in-house hemp supplier sources all LoFi CBD inputs. When choosing a source of hemp for our products, we consider everything from the terpene profile to how the product will be consumed, and we select only top-grade, high-CBD industrial hemp vetted through our quality assurance program. By working directly with farmers, we get great deals on high-quality hemp and pass those savings along to our customers.
We'll show a full panel of lab results on the biomass used for every product we make.
Extraction
LoFi works with multiple extraction partners, each bringing a unique value to our supply chain. We choose our extraction partner for each product based simply on who we think will make it best.
Every LoFi product shows who extracted it, extraction method, and lab results.
