We've received some calls over the past few months, asking about shipments of our CBD products to folks in the U.S. As much as we would like for those orders to have been placed with us, our products are available exclusively from government-licensed retailers here in Canada.
If you've placed an order for LoFi CBD products from the U.S., it was likely a scam. With a little research, we found several misleading articles and advertisements directing folks to a questionable website with CBD products available for sale. Having spoken to many of these customers, the biggest issue appears to be additional orders being placed without their knowledge or consent. If this sounds at all familiar, we fully encourage you to reach out to your credit card company to request a charge back.
