LoFi Creative

The LoFi Community

As we started learning about the creative culture within the LoFi community, we noticed how supportive everyone was. At a time where the world is filled with animosity, it really does feel like the LoFi community makes a point of being kind and supportive of one another. We think that’s pretty special, so we knew that if we were going to do a LoFi-inspired brand, we’d have to step up, too.

Visual Language

When it came time to expand our brand’s visual language, we were seeing some super talented digital artists come up in our social media feeds. Their work was incredible and more often than not, they were young artists who were just starting out. There was something about their work that seemed raw and unrefined. And we loved it. So, naturally, we started thinking of ways to work with emerging artists on an ever-evolving graphic language for our LoFi brand.

Collaboration

Since launching the brand earlier this year, we’ve collaborated with multiple artists on several commissions. Those commissions have found their way into our social media, website, packaging, swag, and marketing materials. We think it’s a great way to support young artists while bringing something unique to our brand. We’re also excited for the potential of what this might grow into.

Calling All Creatives

If you’re an emerging artist with a talent for digital illustration and a soft spot for LoFi music, we’d love to hear from you; especially if you work in cannabis. Send us a link to your portfolio and tell us about the kind of art that you’re inspired to make. If we think it’s a fit for the brand, we’d like to pay you for a commission.
